Behavioral Assessment

An ABA assessment evaluates your child’s abilities in different areas in relation to their age and determines their developmental level for each skill. This helps to create personalized therapy goals and a tailored treatment plan based on their unique requirements.

ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a widely recognized and scientifically proven approach which uses evidence-based techniques and individualized plans to teach skills and modify behavior. ABA therapy has been shown to result in significant improvements in communication, socialization, self-care skills, and independence.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is especially effective in providing socialization and peer interaction, in a safe and structured environment for individuals to practice social skills such as turn-taking, sharing, and following social cues. Group therapy can also be an advantage in building community and making friends.

Parent Training

Parent training empowers parents with confidence as they are taught the principles of ABA. This allows families to apply lessons in everyday situations, across multiple environments and settings, to promote their child’s progress. It also helps relationships as parents are able to communicate more effectively with their child and understand their needs and preferences.

Communication Skills

Communication skills help children better interact with their environment, build relationships with others, and achieve greater independence. Through the use of positive reinforcement children are taught communication skills such as requesting, labeling, and expressing emotions, which can help individuals with ASD to communicate their needs and wants more effectively.

Transitional Skills

Transitional skills help children adapt to daily occurrences such as following a routine, transitioning between activities, and adapting to changes in their environment. These skills can help individuals with ASD to cope with changes in their daily life, such as transitioning from home to school or from one activity to another through the use of visual supports, such as schedules and social stories.
